As a BVE customer you will be able to view basic call detail on your Business VoiceEdge account.

Directory

Included with your report is a directory of your location's users, auto attendants and hunt groups.

Call Blocks with Hide/Show Call Detail Functionality

The Call Blocks tab uses alternate shading to visually group related call legs/redirects together as they are routed through your location. Use the Control Panel to hide call detail and view a simplified version of the report.
